Celebrates 90 Years!
For nine decades CEC has been uniting those who educate children and
youth with exceptionalities, providing leadership and advocacy, serving as a trusted source of information and knowledge, and creating an organization
that bonds all of us in our commitment to carrying
on the legacy of the founder, Elizabeth Farell.
